My Office is located at the Baptist Outpatient
Medical Plaza Medical Building, on the corner of 21st Avenue North and Church
Street. Although the street address is Church Street, the free parking garage
is on the corner of Hayes and 21st Avenue South. Due to one-way roads, it is
best to turn north off of West End Avenue at 20th Avenue, and then take an immediate
left on Hayes. The parking garage is the last building on the right side of
the block. As a landmark, the actual building you will be going to has a large
American Flag and blue Baptist flag on its top. The link below will open up
my Bellsouth Business Pages listing with a mapquest map. After entering the
Baptist Outpatient Medical Plaza, find the Plaza I elevators, and come on up
to suite 501.
